Stop The Bleed Course Uncontrolled bleeding is the one of the leading causes of preventable death after injury. In a severe bleeding emergency, a person can lose their life in the matter of minutes, often before first responders arrive. Our Stop The Bleed course equips you with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to take immediate action and potentially save a life. During this interactive training, participants will learn how to: • Recognize life-threatening bleeding • Apply firm, effective direct pressure • Properly pack a wound using gauze • Correctly apply and secure a tourniquet • Stay calm and respond confidently until EMS arrives This course is designed for community members, schools, workplaces, churches, and organizations. No prior medical training is required, just the willingness to step up when it matters most.
